Snow Cream is Southern Ice Cream at Big Mill B&B

|• 1/2-3/4 cup||heavy cream|
|• 4 tbsp||sugar|
|• 1 tsp||vanilla|
|• 1||egg (optional)|
|• 6-8 cups||snow (light & clean)|
Cream together the cream, sugar and vanilla.
Some folks add a raw egg, but I do not. If you want the egg, add it now.
Using a flexible utensil like a rubber spatula, add the snow a little at a time to the cream mixture until it is the consistency of ice cream.
