• 1 cup | chopped pecans |
• 1/3 cup | mini semi-sweet chocolate chips |
• 1/3 cup | unsweetened coconut |
• 1/2 cup | all-purpose flour |
• 1 cup | packed brown sugar |
• 2/3 cup | melted butter |
• 2 | eggs |
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.

Spray mini-muffin pans with non-stick flour cooking spray.

Fill each with approximately 2 tablespoons of batter.

Bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove from pan after cooling for 1-2 minutes.
