The North Carolina Bed & Breakfasts Inns Association is pleased to announce that we offer three (one-day) Aspiring Innkeeper Seminars during 2018:

Tuesday June 5th
Tuesday Aug 21st
Tuesday Nov 20th

It is our pleasure to have John W. Byrne, owner and innkeeper of Fuquay Mineral Spring Inn & Garden in Fuquay Varina, NC, as our official Instructor for these seminars. John and his wife Patty have twenty years experience as innkeepers and John has been teaching Aspiring Innkeeper Workshops at Wake Technical College for the past eighteen years.

The Fuquay Mineral Spring Inn & Garden has been a member of the NCBBI for the past twenty years and is an exemplary representative of NCBBI. John has also served on the Board of Directors for NCBBI as 1st Vice President. John’s knowledge and love of the bed and breakfast business flows throughout the seminar providing participants with a thorough overview of Inn Keeping. He has taught over hundreds of students with NCBBI and Wake Technical Community College over the years.

John’s business background and serving as the Mayor Fuquay-Varina a North Carolina town of around 30 thousand in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill/Fayetteville area helps blend the right mix in business and government to get the job done in opening and operating a Bed and Breakfast Inn in today’s environment.
