Discover the magic of Hendersonville from your exclusive bed and breakfast hideaway lodging. Originally a boarding house, Aunt Adeline’s B&B was built between 1917 and 1923 and recently updated. It’s an active property on the Federal Register of Historic Homes, located in Historic Hyman Heights. Downtown Hendersonville is an easy 15 to 20 minute walk from the inn, which is located in a quiet residential district nestled in a grove of mature trees. The original over-sized windows allow for ample lighting and impressive views of our park-like setting and the surrounding mountains.
“Always a winner! This is probably the 6th time we have stayed at Aunt Adelaide’s… and it has always been a phenomenal, memorable experience. From the wonderfully unique rooms, the AWESOME showers, the gourmet breakfasts, the beautiful grounds and the amazing innkeepers, Mitch and Sue, you will not be disappointed. Aunt Adeline’s is a beautifully, detail oriented bed and breakfast. Charming hosts who go out of their way to make you feel special.”
“We had our first stay here for our anniversary. Beautiful and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Mitch who welcomed us and introduced us to this historic and beautiful home. We were given our personal cupcakes and beverages and enjoyed them on the wonderful stone rocking chair front porch complete with mountain breezes. The dining room is the most beautiful that my husband and I have seen in any bed and breakfast. The windows surround the dining room and are the original wavy glass. We stayed in the birdhouse room, which has a wonderful view of the mountains. The entire inn is so clean and quiet. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and more than we could eat. (the buttermilk syrup is fantastic). Mitch and Sue are such welcoming and kind hosts and have great attention to every detail. We really enjoyed our experience and consider this our favorite stay at any bed and breakfast. We are looking forward to our next visit!”
“My husband and I stayed here for out 13th wedding anniversary. Awesome Experience. It was the weekend of Labor Day and I had waited until the last minute to book us somewhere to stay. I found this place on line and saw how good the reviews were. I booked it and we arrived Saturday afternoon. Mitch and Sure were there to greet us and show us to our rooms. The house was beautiful, inviting, cozy and comfortable. The room itself was immaculate. The bed was comfortable and the room was beautifully done. Breakfast, which was cooked by Sue herself, was amazing! She tried very hard to accommodate our likes and dislikes. They asked us about our day, gave us ideas on what to do and was everything we needed. I can not say enough good things about this place. We will definitely go back!”
