NCBBI will be closing down on 12/31/2020. We have been faced with a declining membership for the last several years and now Covid-19 and an economic crisis has made our future viability very tenuous. The NCBBI Web Site will remain up at least until the end of the year for contact information.

We are no longer selling gift certificates. If you have purchased NCBBI Gift Certificates in the last several years that have not been redeemed. Please follow the instructions below to be reimbursed for your purchase. 2 NCBBI Gift Certificate for $50 each. Total number is $100. We will include the $10 service charge too.

To make redemption easier please do the following. Please group the GCs together so all numbers are showing. Take a cell phone picture as shown. Please email the picture and your name and address to NCBBI.Bookkeeper@gmail.com.I will process a check for the full amount that you will receive in 5-7 days. A copy of the email and bank payment information will be kept for verification.

If satisfactory proof of claim is not presented by December 1, 2020, the law requires us to remit these funds to the North Carolina Department of State Treasurer –Unclaimed Property Division, to whom all further claims must be directed. Once property is placed in the custody of the State Treasurer, all interest, dividends, income, and gains earned on the property will remain with the State Treasurer, even if the owner subsequently reclaims the property from the State Treasurer.

If you have any questions concerning this request, please see the contact information below:
