The North Carolina Bed & Breakfasts and Inns Association are pleased to announce that we will be offering three Aspiring Innkeeper Seminars during 2010.  The increase in requests for this service has prompted the Association to offer these seminars for anyone interested in pursuing this profession.

It is our pleasure to have John W. Byrne, Owner and Innkeeper of Fuquay Mineral Spring Inn & Garden in Fuquay Varina, NC.as our official Instructor for these seminars.  John and his wife Patty have 7 years experience as innkeepers and John has been teaching Aspiring Innkeeper Workshops at Wake Technical College for the past 3 years. The Fuquay Mineral Spring Inn & Garden has been a member of the North Carolina Bed & Breakfast and Inns Association for the past 8 years and is an exemplary example representative of NCBBI Member Inns. John also serves on the Board of Directors for NCBBI as 1st Vice President. John’s knowledge and love of the business flows throughout the seminar providing participants with a thorough overview of innkeeping.

The cost of your seminar is $225.00 per person or $375.00 per couple which includes lunch, breaks, seminar materials and one NCBBI Start Up Kit (Special Price: $75.00). If you require lodging it is additional. Arrangements for lodging should be made directly with the Fuquay Mineral Spring Inn & Garden in historic Fuquay Varina. Seminar reservations must be made two weeks in advance and may be made on-line. Attendees should plan on arriving before 9:00 AM to attend the opening session. The seminar will end at 4:00 PM on the same day.
